Andy Goldsworthy
He has to be one of my most favorite artist. Ever since I first heard of him I loved his use of natural materials to make simplistic yet fantastical forms. There was a documentary made following his some of his work called Rivers and Tides: Andy Goldsworthy Working with Time and it is worth the watch.
